The Fall 2007 issue explores relationships between legal writing and clinical teaching and scholarship while the Fall 2008 issue discusses “best practices” of legal writing in contexts other than the traditional litigation setting. The upcoming Fall 2009 issue will focus on “best practices” in persuasion.

The Journal of the Association of Legal Writing Directors (J. ALWD) invites submission of articles for its Fall 2010 Metaphor & Narrative issue. In addition to articles that address the theme, the Journal encourages authors to submit articles on any topic that fits within the mission of the Journal.
